Ordering and Payment

How do I order online?
Choose items from our product page. Click Add to Cart. Upon Checkout, fill out the billing details and choose mode of payment. Send proof of payment through the Contact Us form.
How do I pay for my orders?

What is your cutoff time for payments?

You need to send us a proof of payment (a clear photo will do) of your deposit slip on or before our cutoff time.

For Metro Manila areas, our cutoff is 6am on Mondays-Saturdays and Holidays. Your order will be delivered same day. For Saturdays and Holidays, same day delivery excludes office addresses. We deliver everyday except Sundays.

For Provincial areas, our cutoff is 2pm – Mondays-Fridays and 12nn – Saturdays and Holidays. Your order will be delivered via LBC in 2 days except Sundays and Holidays. For Cash on Delivery – our cutoff for Metro Manila is 6am while for Provincial our cutoff is 2pm.

Shipping and Delivery

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery address.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, we will send tracking details at the end of day so that you can track your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and follow up with the courier in case of delayed shipments. Also, some shipments may be converted to “Pick Up” at the courier branch for out of coverage areas. Customers will only know this once they track their package.

When can I expect delivery?

If you were able to pay on or before our cutoff, we can delivery same day for Metro Manila areas and in 2 days for non-Metro Manila areas. All COD orders placed before 6am will be delivered within the day.  We cannot give a specific time your package will arrive. Rest assured, we are responsible for shipping your order on time. However, once the package is with our courier, Babymama is not responsible for any delays on the courier’s part.

Do I have to be there when my orders are delivered?

Our courier will deliver to anyone at the delivery address. Valid ID is not required.

What will happen if I missed the delivery?

Our courier will make 2 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered on the 2nd attempt, this will be automatically returned to our warehouse. The customer will have to shoulder the new shipping charge for a new delivery.

Note: Your COD option will disabled permanently if you cancel your order while in transit/fail to pay upon delivery/fail to receive order after 2 attempts.


I wasn’t able to pay for my order. What will happen?

Orders with unpaid payments after 2 working days will automatically be cancelled to free up stocks for other customers.


I already paid for my order but I want to cancel my purchase. What should I do?
Paid orders must be cancelled by 6 am (Metro Manila) and 4pm (non-Metro Manila) of the next working day by sending an email through the Contact Us form.


My order is already shipped but I want to cancel my purchase. What should I do?
After we ship your order, this may no longer be cancelled. You can initiate the Return Process once you receive your order.


Return and Exchange

How do I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items as long as they are unworn/unused/unwashed and packaging is in pristine condition. You can return them by mail or to the Babymama store within 7 days of the original ship date.

First option:

  1. Send us a message through the contact us form regarding your intent to exchange an item.
  2. Ship back your original order (label with your name/contact details) to

  3. Once we receive your order, we will evaluate if this is unworn/unwashed and if packaging is intact. We will then send you a one time use voucher code for the value of the item which you can use on your next purchase. Voucher code will expire within 7 days.

Faster option:

  1. Order and pay for the replacement item.
  2. Send back the item for exchange (label with your name/contact details) to

  3. Once we evaluate item for exchange, we will deposit the refund in your bank account within 7 working days.

  2. Call ahead to check if replacement stocks are available.
How long will it take to refund?
All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.


  • Please allow 7 working days for bank payments and up to 30 working days for credit card refunds.
  • It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

Babymama is the exclusive distributor of Spectra and Ameda breast pumps in the Philippines. Purchase breast pumps from Babymama and its authorized resellers only to be guaranteed of the quality and warranty of the product you are buying.

What is the process for breast pump repairs?
  • Option 1: Send us your pump
    • Label your pump motor with the following information: name, contact numbers, email address, shipping address, description of the problem.
    • Ship to: Anaper Niepes, Babymama 1702A West Tower, Phil Stock Exchange Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 9421484, Mon-Sat 12nn-7pm.
    • Send us message via the Contact Us form if you require a service unit. We will lend you a service unit upon availability.
    • Service units for pumps outside warranty or for user-caused damages will be charged P150/day. Users will be charged 50% of a brand new unit price for service units returned defective.
    • We automatically repair pumps and will charge the repair fee as indicated above. For repairs that need part replacements, we will call/text or email to get approval.
    • Payments should be deposited to the Babymama accounts:

I did not buy the pump from Babymama. Can I still have it repaired?
At the moment, breast pump repair is an added service given to customers who have purchased breast pumps from Babymama. Should you wish to make a purchase, you may order online through our website or visit our Alabang, BGC and Ortigas stores.
