Shipping and Delivery
We have a payment notification cut off: 2pm (Mon-Fri) 12nn (Sat & Holidays) so that we can ship the same day for delivery the next day (for Metro Manila) and in 2-3 days (for non-Metro Manila) except Sundays and holidays.
After shipping, we will send tracking details at the end of day so that you can track your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and follow up with the courier in case of delayed shipments. Also, some shipments may be converted to “Pick Up” at the courier branch for out of coverage areas. Customers will only know this once they track their package.
We are responsible for shipping your order on time. However, once the package is with our courier, Babymama is not responsible for any delays on the courier’s part.
Our courier will deliver to anyone at the delivery address. Valid ID is not required.
Our courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered on the 3rd attempt, this will be automatically returned to our warehouse. The customer will have to shoulder the new shipping charge for a new delivery.
