My favorite breastfeeding position of all time – Side lying position.

I didn’t learn this until my eldest was 6 weeks old and had to sit up every 2 hours at the middle of the night just to feed! I was a real zombie mommy before learning this.

And then it took my 2nd baby for me to learn that you can just hunch over baby so that your upper breast can be used to breastfeed instead of transferring baby to the other side. Wow, no more transferring baby over my C/S scar!

With this position, you and baby can simply relax and go to sleep when you’re done feeding. (But as a safety precaution, never sleep beside baby if you’re super fatigued, or have drunk alcohol or smoke.)
