Tendopay FAQ

What is Tendopay?
TendoPay is an installment plan solution that gives you the convenience to buy now and pay later for your online purchases in 30 days, 2 months or 3 months installments. No need for credit cards or bank accounts or pay cash-out upon purchase.

TendoPay is available for Metro Manila customers only.

In order to start using TendoPay as your mode of payment, you need to:
  1. Create an account on https://tendopay.ph/.
  2. Upload your requirements. For the complete list of requirements, please refer to the question below.
  3. Answer a series of security questions.
  4. Wait for your TendoPay approval.
When you complete all of the above, you will receive an email notifcation from TendoPay with your application status within 48 working hours. If you are approved, you can start shopping with Babymama using TendoPay.
My TendoPay application has been approved. How can I use my P10,000 loan allowance at Babymama?
  1. Go to https://babymama.ph/ and start shopping. Note: Shipping fee is included at the computation of P10,000.
  2. Upon checkout, make sure that your Purchase Amount is below P10,000 and the Province is set to Metro Manila. Otherwise, the TendoPay payment option will not show up.
  3. Choose TendoPay as mode of payment. You will be redirected to TendoPay website. Log in with your TendoPay account details.
  4. Choose your preferred installment option.
  5. Once done, you will be redirected to your order summary page.
What happens if my Babymama purchase is above P10,000?
Your order will not push through if you cart has more than P10,000 worth of items (shipping fee included).
How soon can I make another loan?
As soon as you no longer have an outstanding balance, you can submit for a new TendoPay loan application.
Can I use my TendoPay credit and receive cash?
The P10,000 TendoPay credit can only be used to purchase products from https://babymama.ph/. TendoPay credit is non-transferable and for one-time purchase only.
What if I want to use my Tendopay loan to purchase from another store? Can I do this?
Yes, you may purchase services or goods from another store as long as the merchant is using TendoPay as well.
What are the requirements to set up account on TendoPay?
In order to start using TendoPay as mode of payment, you need to:
  1. Be at least 18 years old and possess two of the officially accepted IDs:
    • Driver’s license
    • SSS (Social Security System) ID
    • Passport
    • PRC (Professional Regulation Commission)
    • UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose)
    • Voters’s ID
    • TIN ID
    • NBI Clearance
  2. Have a valid e-mail address
  3. Have a valid mobile phone number
  4. Provide your full name and date of birth.
  5. Provide a selfie with your Primary ID.
What is the officially accepted proof of address?
TendoPay will need a photo of one of the following documents, so that they can verify your address:
  • Electricity bill (not older than 3 months)
  • Mobile Phone bill (not older than 3 months)
  • Phone bill (Not older than 3 months)
  • Water bill (not older than 3 months)
  • Cable TV bill (not older than 3 months)
  • Credit Card bill (not older than 3 months)
  • Internet bill (not older than 3 months)
Please remember that the address provided on the uploaded document must match the delivery address of your online purchases.
What is the officially accepted proof of income?
TendoPay will accept proof of income such as pay slip, remittance slip, bank statement, screenshot of bank transaction history, etc. Nonetheless, you can provide with any other legitimate proof of income.
Do I need a bank account or credit history to start using TendoPay?
You don’t need bank account or credit history to use TendoPay.
What are the fees associated with using TendoPay
There are no upfront fees for using TendoPay. You will be charged a service fee which will be included in your monthly installment. TendoPay are committed to fair rules and clear pricing, therefore you will see exact fixed monthly payment before completing the transaction. In case you miss your payment deadline there will be additional late payment fees.
How can I repay my installments?
You will be able to repay your installments at the following outlets:

  • Cebuana Lhuillier
  • LBC
  • Bayad Center
  • Robinsons Dep’t Store
  • SM Dep’t/Supermarket/Savemore Counter
