What is Cashback?
Cashback is Babymama’s loyalty program for recent customers with a Babymama account.
What is a recent customer?
A recent customer is someone who has purchased online or in store within the past 6 months.
How is Cashback computed?
Items below P100 are excluded from earning Cashback.
When is Cashback for purchases credited to my account?
This is credited automatically several days after your order has been delivered or purchased at the store.
What happens when I return an item?
The Cashback for your return item will be deducted from your Cashback balance.
Is there a Cashback expiry date?
Yes, this expires 3 months after your purchase. For multiple purchases, cashback will expire 3 months after each purchase.
For example:
Purchase 1 on January 1 – Cashback 1 will expire on March 1
Purchase 2 on January 2 – Cashback 2 will expire on March 2
Can I redeem Cashback along with a voucher code?
No, you can only redeem one at a time.
Is there a minimum purchase before I can use Cashback?
There is no minimum purchase amount to use Cashback.
Can I use Cashback partially?
Yes, you can use Cashback partially.
Aside from purchases, what are other ways to earn Cashback?
Create an account – Php50 Cashback
Make a product or store review – Php 3 Cashback per product
On your birthday, if you are a recent customer – Php 50 Cashback
For successful new referrals – PhP100
How can I make a referral?
Please send us a message at customerservice@babymama.ph with the name of your referral and the date of purchase. If your referral makes a purchase worth at least P1000 on that date, is a first time Babymama customer and creates a Babymama account, you will earn Cashback.
Can I create multiple accounts, send multiple reviews, refer the same person again or change my birthday several times to earn more Cashback?
These are subject for verification and will not earn additional Cashback.
Is Cashback transferrable?
Cashback cannot be transferred, combined or converted to cash.
