Not worth it, especially for the price. It’s not comfortable and despite tightening it in different areas? I still have to put pressure on the flanges with my hands. If you’re using the Spectra, better to get the hands free cups – no need to change bras and it’s a lot more comfortable; price is also similar to this bra.
