Cleaning Guide

1. Pump: You generally don't need to clean the insdie of the pump. Cleaning will wash away the lubricating oil inside the pump making it difficult to move. Just wash the outside with soapy water and rinse or wipe down with a damp cloth. Should the inside of the pump lose its lubrication, you can use olive oil or sunflower oil to relubricate the inside of the pump."
2. Nozzle: After use, wash with soapy water then rinse. Do not boil or sterilize.
3. Silicone Tube: You can boil, sterilize, or wash with soap.

Directions

1. Attach the inhaler to the spacer.
2. Press down on the inhaler.
3. Breathe in slowly.
4. Hold your breath for 10 seconds.

Cleaning

Once a week, disassemble and wash the spacer parts with warm water and mild detergent. Air dry.

The nebulizer is not well calibrated when it is new to use, because the passage of medicine cup module is dry, or (MCD) medicine cup module is not fixed on the body of the nebulizer.

Follow the setup procedure:

1. Push the button on the back of the nebulizer and remove the medicine cup module.
2. Install the medicine cup module properly, make sure (MCD) medicine cup module is fixed on the body of the nebulizer.
3. Put water on the medicine cup module and shake it well.
4. Scrub the passage inner of (MCD) using cotton buds while the nebulizer is ON, continue to scrub it until it will flow continuously.

In a steam vaporiser

• Pour 10mL (approx. 2.5 capfuls) of Euky Bear Sniffly Nose Inhalant into water container and add water to fill level. Use vaporiser according to manufacturer’s directions (please check out Euky Bear Steam Vaporiser).

Personal inhaler

• Pour in hot water. Add 1 mL of inhalant to each 250mL of water used, or 4mL per litre. Use inhaler according to manufacturer’s directions.

In a bowl or basin

• Carefully fill a bowl or basin with hot water and place it on a stable surface, such as a table. Add inhalant – 1mL per 250mL of water used, or 4mL per litre. Seated comfortably with feet on the floor, lean over the steaming bowl and inhale the vapours. It can help to drape a towel over the head and shoulders to form a ‘tent’ while inhaling the steam.
