Storing fresh Breastmilk

• Room temperature: 77°F (up to 4 hours is best. Can be stored for 6-8 hours if expressed very cleanly.)
• Fridge: <39°F up to 4 days is best. Up to 8 days is okay if the milk is expressed very cleanly.
• Freezer: <0°F up to 9 months
• Deep Freezer:<-4°F up to 12 months

Caution:

• Do not fill in the bag above the maximum line for safety.
• Pay attention to sanitation, especially when using scissors.
• Feed as soon as possible after the bag has been taken out.
• Please do not directly put the bag into the microwave, oven, or hot water.
• Please do not freeze the breastmilk again after thawing.

Direction for use:

• Tear off the seal on top.
• Unzip the bag and pour the breastmilk.
• Seal the bag.
• Use fields to mark the name, date, time and amount of stored milk.
• Store bag in the freezer.
• To thaw, place the frozen bag in refrigerator or in a bowl of warm water.
