Usage Instructions

Preparation before use:

1. For hygienic reasons, wash and dry your hands completely prior to use.
2. Ensure your breasts are clean and free of any foreign substances prior to pumping.
3. Ensure all parts that come in direct contact with breastmilk are clean and sterilized correctly and follow the instructions in the user manual to assemble before use.

How to clean:

1. Disassemble all parts in reverse order of assembly. (breast shield, milk collection cup, silicone valve, backflow prevention cap, valve connector, bottle connector)
2. Wash thoroughly using baby bottle cleansing detergent in warm water. (Sterilize all parts before first use by placing in boiling water for 5 minutes after washing with baby bottle cleansing detergent)
3. Keep away from abrasives and excessive heat, and handle all parts with care.
4. Store away from reach of babies and children when not in use.
5. Dry all parts completely prior to storage.

A silicone massager insert for use with Spectra breastshields to create a better fit. This malleable silicone insert sits inside the shield and cushions the breast, making expressing more comfortable.

The insert is available in 2 sizes to fit inside either a 24mm or a 28mm shield. The standard size shields that came with your pump are 24mm.

The Silicone Feeding Spoon Head attachment is fully compatible with all Gen. 3 Silicone Bottles, transforming them into the perfect bottle for feeding your little ones without the potential mess of moving food back and forth from the container to their mouths! You can use it for all sorts of food, including yoghurt and purees, and it is great for teaching your little ones to feed themselves without food going all over the place!

With a quick twist of the top, you can swap out your feeding spoon head for any one of our range of optional interchangeable Gen. 3 attachments (each sold separately). We have our famous breast pump flange that lets you express directly into the bottle, a baby bottle lid to feed your little one expressed milk, a sippy bottle top to help your independent toddler transition easily from a bottle to a cup, and sealing disks to preserve any leftover food or milk after feeding!

Cleaning and Care:

Clean after each use. We strongly recommend cleaning and sterilising this product with any steam sterilising system or by boiling in water for 2-3 minutes. Do not use any bleach-based agents or sterilising tablets to clean this product.

The Silicone Sippy Spout attachment is fully compatible with all Haakaa Gen. 3 Silicone Bottles, transforming them into the perfect sippy bottle! It's made of 100% silicone, making it safe to give to kids on the move without any risk of injury to delicate mouths.

It also comes with an attached automatic straw to let them drink at any angle while on the go. The straw is weighted at the bottom, keeping the open end submerged in liquid at all times - even when the bottle is tipped upside-down!

Cleaning and Care

Wash before and after each use. We strongly recommend sterilising this product using a steam steriliser or by boiling in water for 2-3 minutes. Do not use any bleach-based cleaners or tablets to clean or sterilise this product. Do not boil PP plastic parts.

The Haakaa Silicone Bottle Attachment Ring is compatible with all Gen. 3 Silicone Bottles and attachments. Pass an attachment through the attachment ring and screw onto your silicone bottle to transform it into one of the Haakaa Gen. 3 Silicone Pump and Bottle Series! We have our famous breast pump that lets you express directly into the bottle, a baby bottle to feed your little one expressed milk, a sippy bottle to help your independent toddler transition easily from a bottle to a cup and an airtight container to preserve any leftover food or milk after feeding!

Check product condition regularly. Replace if this product shows any signs of damage. Infants are to be supervised at all times while using this product. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use.

Note: This product is an attachment for our Generation 3 Silicone Bottles, and will not work properly by itself.

The Haakaa Silicone Bottle Handle (250ml model only). attaches to the neck of your Gen. 3 Baby Bottle or Sippy Spout Bottle. Simply place the handle over the neck of the bottle before screwing on the nipple ring to make it easier to carry for little ones on the move!
