Yes! We offer free pump testing in our Alabang, Santolan and Cebu stores. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you.

Ordering and Payment

Choose items from our product page. Click Add to Cart. Upon Checkout, fill out the billing details and choose mode of payment. Wait for your order email confirmation.

Option 1: Credit Card, Grab via iPay88

Option 2: GCash, QRPH, online banking via Paymongo

Option 3: BDO Checkout (BNPL 0% interest)

  • After placing your order, you will receive a secure BDO Checkout payment link via email within one hour. Please note that the link can only be used once and will expire within 12 hours.
  • For orders placed after 4:00 PM, the payment link will be sent the following morning.
  • Through this link, you can pay using your BDO Buy Now, Pay Later — including a 0% interest plan with a 3-month or 6-month payment terms.
  • Once you complete your payment through the BDO Checkout link, please wait for a confirmation message from us. If you have any questions or would like to follow up on your order or payment status, you may contact us at customerservice@babymama.ph
  • Your order will be processed as soon as the payment is verified.


Option 4: Cash on Delivery

  • ₱300 surcharge for non-Metro Manila orders
  • 2-6 days delivery lead time for non-Metro Manila orders
  • Same day delivery if your Metro Manila order was placed on or before 12nn Mon – Sat (excluding office addresses)
  • Boobie Bites are not available for COD.
  • COD option will be disabled next time for accounts with cancelled orders
  • Cannot be used as payment method for WH/Store pick ups

You need to pay for your orders on or before our cut-off time to be able to ship your order within the day.

For Metro Manila areas, our cut-off is 12nn on Mondays-Saturdays except Holidays. Your order will be delivered same day. For Saturdays and Holidays, same day delivery excludes office addresses. We deliver everyday except Sundays.

For non-Metro Manila addresses, our cut-off is 12nn Mondays-Saturdays and Holidays. Your order will be delivered via LBC in 2-6 days except Sundays and Holidays.

For Cash on Delivery – our cut-off for Metro Manila is 12nn while for non-Metro Manila our cut-off is 6am.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery address.

*Metro Manila = P150 minimum shipping fee

*Non-Metro Manila = P220 minimum shipping fee

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send your tracking details by the end of the day so you can monitor its progress. Please track your package regularly and coordinate directly with the courier for any updates or delays.
Note: Some shipments may be marked as “Pick-Up” at the nearest courier branch if your address is outside the delivery coverage area.

We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila for paid orders, as long as payment is confirmed on or before 12:00 NN (Monday to Saturday). Orders confirmed after the cut-off will be delivered on the next business day.

For COD MM and provincial addresses, we ship via LBC, and delivery usually takes around 2–6 days, depending on your location.

While we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may still vary once your package is with the courier. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Our courier will deliver to anyone at the delivery address. Valid ID is not required.

Our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the package is not successfully delivered after the second attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse. A new shipping fee will be required for redelivery.

Important:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD option may be permanently disabled if you cancel an order while it is in transit, fail to pay upon delivery, or fail to receive your order after two delivery attempts.

Cancelllation

Orders with unpaid payments after 2 working days will automatically be cancelled to free up stocks for other customers.

Paid orders must be cancelled by 6 am (Metro Manila) and 12nn (non-Metro Manila) of the next working day by sending an email through the Contact Us form.

After we ship your order, this may no longer be cancelled. You can initiate the Return Process once you receive your order.

Return and Exchange

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items as long as they are unworn/unused/unwashed and packaging is in pristine condition. You can return them by mail or to the Babymama store within 7 days of the original ship date.

First option:

  1. Send us a message through the contact us form regarding your intent to exchange an item.
  2. Ship back your original order (label with your name/contact details) to

  3. Once we receive your order, we will evaluate if this is unworn / unwashed and if packaging is intact. We will then send you a one-time use voucher code for the value of the item which you can use on your next purchase. Voucher code will expire within 7 days.

Faster option:

  1. Order and pay for the replacement item.
  2. Send back the item for exchange (label with your name/contact details) to

  3. Once we evaluate item for exchange, we will process your refund of the same payment method you paid your order within 7 working days or depends on your bank lead time.

In-store option:

  1. You can exchange directly at our stores. Please bring your receipt.
  2. Call ahead of time to check if replacement stocks are available.

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

  • Please allow 7 working days for bank payments and up to 30 working days for credit card refunds.
  • It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

Pump Repair and Warranty

Yes. Repair services are offered for breast pumps purchased from Babymama or our authorized resellers.

Breastkit parts – defective upon delivery → For immediate replacement

Pump motor – defective upon delivery → Upon inspection of the defective unit, immediate replacement.

Pump motor – defective upon usage → For evaluation will also determine if this is user-caused

Breastkit parts – defective after usage → Not covered by warranty

  • Not following battery charging guidelines
  • Dropped pump
  • Milk inside pump
  • Rough handling of pump(forcibly turning of knobs)
  • Opening pump casing

Send us your pump

  • Label your pump motor with the following information: name, contact numbers, email address, shipping address, description of the problem. Ship to:

  • Send us message via the Contact Us form if you require a service unit. We will lend you a service unit upon availability.
  • Service units for pumps outside warranty or for user-caused damages will be charged P150/day. Users will be charged 50% of a brand new unit price for service units returned defective.
  • We automatically repair pumps and will charge the repair fee as indicated above. For repairs that need part replacements, we will call/text or email to get approval.
  • Payments should be deposited to the Babymama accounts:

    ▸ MLhuillier ePay – wait for a transaction code to be emailed to you within 24-48 hours before going to the branch (subject to 3% additional charge by MLhuillier)
    Important note: please send your scanned deposit slip or bank transfer screenshot or Gcash / MLhuillier ePay transaction number through the Contact Us form after payment.
    ▸ Your order will be delivered on the next business day if payment notification is sent by 12 nn
    ▸ Repaired pumps will be ready for shipping within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment notification.
    ▸ Unclaimed pumps 30 days after repair will be forfeited.

At the moment, breast pump repair is an added service given to customers who have purchased breast pumps from Babymama. Should you wish to make a purchase, you may order online through our website https://babymama.ph or visit our Alabang, Santolan and Cebu stores.

Babymama is the exclusive distributor of Spectra and Ameda breast pumps in the Philippines. Purchased breast pumps from Babymama and its authorized resellers only to be guaranteed of the quality and warranty of the product you are buying.
