HOW TO USE

• Position the Youha POD over your breast and ensure that your nipple is centered in the opening
• Once in place, press the pocket of the Youha POD to create suction, Suction can be adjusted by gently pressing the valve to reduce it, or by pressing the pocket to increase it.
• Pull your bra over the Youha POD to keep it in place. You can press the pocket through your bra when you feel a drop in suction.
• Once you are done, press the valve to release suction. Remove the Youha POD and pour the milk out through the opening.
