Storing fresh Breastmilk

• Room temperature: 77°F (up to 4 hours is best. Can be stored for 6-8 hours if expressed very cleanly.)
• Fridge: <39°F up to 4 days is best. Up to 8 days is okay if the milk is expressed very cleanly.
• Freezer: <0°F up to 9 months
• Deep Freezer:<-4°F up to 12 months

Caution:

• Do not fill in the bag above the maximum line for safety.
• Pay attention to sanitation, especially when using scissors.
• Feed as soon as possible after the bag has been taken out.
• Please do not directly put the bag into the microwave, oven, or hot water.
• Please do not freeze the breastmilk again after thawing.

After filling with water, tighten the bottle cap and gently rock for 2 minutes to allow the gel material to solidify. Put it in the freezer to cool for 5-10 hours. After that, you can use it over and over again.

"Our padded scoop neck bra has clasps that you can easily unhook with one hand to nurse. To pump with traditional/trumpet style flanges, simply lift the outer layer and insert them through the holes. Then pull down the outer layer to secure. Our bra can fit standard flange sizes and should be able to hold the bottles securely even when full of milk so you can multi-task (or relax) while pumping.
