How to Use:

1. To use, open the bag by tearing off the safety seal and pulling apart zipper closures.
   
2. Write the date and time on the bag before filling.
3. Carefully pour breast milk into storage bag upto maximum of 180ml or 6 ounces. Carefully reclose bag to ensure as little air remains.
   
4. Don't overfill the bag as the milk will expand when frozen, which may cause it to leak or tear.
   
5. To thaw breast milk, place sealed bag in refrigerator or run under tap water.
