How to use

Run warm water on the brush of softer bristle are desired. Use with TUNG Gel. Extend tongue and start by lightly brushing from back of the tongue forward to the tip (for approx. 10 sec). Brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth. Replace your TUNG Brush at least three months when you replace your toothbrush.
