Play tips

Sensory and motor development – At first, grasping and shaking is part of your baby’s natural abilities, the “Shake Me” Rattle sound effects will reward those actions instantly and encourage further exploration and motion attempts. At around 3 months hold the rattle about 20cm in front of your baby while she is lying on his tummy. Shake the rattle and watch your baby lift his head and eventually reach out and then crawl forward to grasp the rattle. Don’t forget to encourage him for a job well done. You can also hang the rattle on your stroller or Gym to encourage practicing batting and kicking skills.

Play tips

Place baby in the Gymotion with the developmentally appropriate stage for her age. Stages 1 – During the baby’s first weeks, lay her on her back beneath the arches. Attached the motion-activated soft musical plane and other toys to the arches. You can extend the length of the hanging toys by adding an extra Yookidoo® fun link so that the toys will be within reach. Place other toys on the mat around your baby in order to encourage exploration.

Stage 2- Place your baby on her tummy. Place toys around her or connect them to the tummy time pillow with the easy attachment loops designed for attaching toys. Place a mirror on the mat within your baby’s reach and encouraging her to explore.

Stage 3- Sit your baby and secure with the safety harness and buckle up. Slip the pillow into the special pocket under her feet to ensure enhanced comfort.
