Warranty covers the following

• Mattresses that have not been maintained in accordance with care instructions, meaning mattress is in an unsanitary condition (with body fluids, soiling, molds, liquid penetration)⠀
• Mattresses that have been purchased or used by someone else⠀
• Transportation costs
• We reserve the right to check if concern is within warranty coverage⠀
