Taking a measurement Forehead measurement mode:

1. Pull off the probe lens cap to remove it
   
2. Press the " ON/Mem button"
   
3. Hold the unit with the probe lens 1cm to 3 cm away from the center of the forehead
   
4. Press the start button
   
5. Move the unit away from the forehead and check the measurement result
   
6. Power off: Press and hold the "On/Mem" button until "OFF" appearson the display to turn off the unit
