【Instructions】

The WildMoose 2-in 1 freeze pack, prior to the first time’s usage, it must be placed ‘flat’ in the freezer for around 18-24 hours until it turns into solid state; the freeze pack demonstrates the best cooling performance when it is placed inside the cooler bag for cooling function.

*Time required for the freeze pack turns into solid state that depends on the freezer performance.
** If the freeze pack remains in semi-solid/gel state, please repeat all above steps.

Further, it is recommended to clean & tidy up the stuffs inside the freezer, if the freeze pack happens in semi-solid/gel state after 24 hours freezing; or try to place the freeze pack ‘flat’ on top of other stuffs, it may help the freeze pack turns to solid state easier.

Note:

The WildMoose 2-in 1 freeze pack is a reusable pack for multiple times.
After every time usage, it can be placed in the freezer again until it turns to solid state, it normally takes 10-12 hours only.

Tips:

The WildMoose 2-in 1 freeze pack turns slowly into semi-solid after 3-5 hours, this is a normal physical reaction, though at the semi-solid stage, the freeze pack can remain the cooling performance for hours.
